Legionella Risk Assessments
We will visit your property and produce a Legionella Risk Assessment Report.
This report covers the temperature of all Hot and Cold water outlets, if present the cold water tank will be inspected for debris, type of lid and insulation.
Hot water tank(s) will be inspected and the temperature setting of the thermostat recorded. Any dead legs (disused pipes) will be recorded.
The report will be provided in PDF format and should be reviewed at least every 2 years or if there are significant changes to the Hot and Cold water system.
